Dan has been a part of Youth with a Mission (YWAM) since the early 90's serving in Afghanistan and other counties throughout the world. He has published three books including one detailing his mission trip to Iran where he was arrested on false charges resulting in two death sentences. He was miraculously released after 9 weeks in prison. Currently, he spends over ½ of the year traveling and teaching in YWAM, churches, and universities, challenging and encouraging people to run after and fall in love with Jesus. The rest of the year he serves at the YWAM Base in Kona, Hawaii, working with the Discipleship Training schools. His passion is to see a generation of people discover who Jesus is and help and encourage them to walk with Him in every area of their life.
